Floor plan: living room, fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, 4 bedrooms, and 2 full bathrooms. Additional amenities include Wi-Fi with a workspace, a TV, ducted air conditioning throughout the house, and a washing machine.

Maximum capacity: 7 people total, including infants and children of any age.

Travel cot — available upon request at least 48 hours in advance. If you’re travelling with a baby, please let us know when you book so we can have it ready upon your arrival.

We do not offer cleaning services during your stay or external laundry services.

We are attentive hosts and respond within an hour. We’ll be available throughout your stay for any questions or issues, though we respect your privacy and do not make unannounced visits.

Check-in is at 4:00 PM or later, and check-out is by 10:00 AM. We’ll send you all access instructions in advance to make your arrival easy.

Occupancy and Guest Registration
The villa has a maximum capacity of 7 people, and this limit includes infants and children of any age. All guests, without exception, must be registered before arrival, including infants. If you are travelling with an infant, please indicate this when booking and include the infant’s information in the guest registry along with the rest of the group.

Travel Cot
If you need a travel cot, please request it at least 48 hours in advance. We cannot guarantee its availability if requested upon arrival.

House Rules
Please leave the villa in the same condition as you found it: tidy, clean, and with all items in their proper places.
The villa is fully stocked with bedding, towels, pillows, and kitchenware, and is inspected after each stay.
The removal of any item from the inventory (towels, sheets, pillows, or other items) will be subject to an additional charge equal to the replacement cost.

The following are not permitted: smoking indoors, hosting events or parties, or bringing pets.

Tourist tax: A fee of €2 per person per night applies and is charged separately from the reservation.

Close all doors, windows, and umbrellas.
Turn off the lights, air conditioning, and appliances.
Wash the dishes or leave them in the dishwasher while it’s running. Empty the refrigerator.
Take the trash to the public dumpsters.
Leave used towels in the laundry basket.
Check that you haven’t left any chargers or personal items behind.
