Modern, spacious and very clean rental property which was ideal for our stay in Gateshead! We had a few minor issues after we checked in, but they were dealt with very promptly by the managing agents, and we had a very enjoyable stay.The property itself feels as though is is fairly new to the rental market and there are a couple of areas that could enhance the stays for future visitors. Firstly, the property would benefit from having some simple instuctions available for guests, such as how to work the central heating system, and what days to put out the bins for collection. The property has three good-sized bedrooms with double beds and is advertised as sleeping 6 people. However, the dining table only has four chairs, and the basement lounge has no sofa and only enough seating for 2 people! Fortunately there were only two of us staying, so it wasn't a problem for us, but for larger groups it would be an issue.
