This apartment is located in the South Shore area of Blackpool. Just a stone throw away from everything Blackpool has to offer. From Blackpool Pleasure Beach, The Sandcastle Water Park, Blackpool Tower, The Sealife Centre and much more. The location is perfect for both leisure and business trips and ideal for families due to the central location. Benefiting from only a 5 minute walk to the Beautiful Promenade and Beach.

Seaside Retreat has 4x bedrooms. Our kitchen provides you with all appliances you would need during your stay, including a washing machine. There is a main bathroom with shower / bath combination, toilet & basin.

Please be aware this is across the first and second floor, accessed via stairs.

There is no free allocated parking at this property, the nearest car parks are Station Road Car Park and Lytham Road Car Park.

There is a cleaning fee of 130 GBP and a fully refundable damage deposit of 300 GBP. Please note that bookings from local residents within the FY postcode will be required to pay a 500 GBP refundable damage deposit.

Before your arrival & in order to receive your check in details, we require a copy of your photo ID (Either driving licence or passport) & your deposit . You will be contacted regarding this at least 7 days prior to your arrival. However for any same day / last minute bookings, the cut off time for this is 8pm on the day of check in. If this isn't completed, you will not be checked in.
