About this property

Classic Danish brick house with ocean views

You step into a rare and beautiful 180-square-meter Danish brick house, built of red brick with a classic red-tiled roof and crafted with an uncompromising love for architecture and fine craftsmanship. Here, you immediately sense the tranquility, warmth, and soul of the home.

The solid oak floors, the warm teak kitchen, the light travertine, and the beautiful double-hung windows give the house a very special atmosphere—classic, honest, and timeless. With 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a living room, a landing, a hallway, and a utility room, there is plenty of space for family life, long dinners, and cozy evenings all year round.

The house is situated in peaceful surroundings, surrounded by nature, close to both the forest and the beach. Here you can enjoy peaceful mornings and relaxation in beautiful surroundings—perfect for walks and spending time together.

Rørvig and Odsherred offer charming harbor settings, long sandy beaches, and quiet summer evenings. The scent of the sea, fresh fish at the harbor, and small local farm shops create a truly special atmosphere.

We had a wonderful stay in this lovingly renovated and very tastefully furnished house, which is in a great location right by the water. We and our child also really enjoyed the garden with its large trampoline and swing. Theo couldn’t have been a better host; he was always extremely friendly and helpful, and his valuable tips really enhanced our stay. We would love to stay at this house again anytime. Thank you so much, Theo!
