The true heart of the home lies in its private outdoor spaces: an 18 m² living terrace connected to the kitchen, ideal for outdoor lunches and dinners, and a 16 m² relaxation balcony in the sleeping area, perfect for starting the day with the sea breeze.

The sleeping area features three double bedrooms, each with its own character, designed to offer comfort, tranquility, and flexibility. The bathroom is spacious and functional, with a tub and shower, ideal both for relaxing after an outing and for a quick return from the beach.
