Welcome to this cozy cottage in Hvalpsund, where peace, nature and proximity to the Limfjord form the framework for a relaxing holiday. The house is located on a large natural plot of 1,600 m² with plenty of space for both play, relaxation and cozy moments under the open sky. A special quality of the house is the direct access to the lake from the garden, where you can enjoy nature up close. Here there is ample opportunity to relax by the water, enjoy the view or start the day with a quiet cup of coffee in the peaceful surroundings. Inside you will find a bright and inviting living room with a wood-burning stove, which creates a cozy atmosphere all year round. To make your arrival extra easy, 2 buckets of firewood are included in the stay. The house has three bedrooms with double beds and space for up to six people, making it suitable for both families and friends. The kitchen is equipped with, among other things, a dishwasher, so that the holiday can be enjoyed with minimal washing up and maximum relaxation. From the house there is access to a lovely conservatory, where you can enjoy the day's meals or a good book, regardless of the weather. The fenced grounds make the house particularly attractive for families with children and guests bringing dogs. Hvalpsund is known for its cozy harbor, beautiful nature and family-friendly beaches. The area offers good opportunities for hiking, cycling, fishing and adventures along the Limfjord. From the harbor you can experience the maritime atmosphere, enjoy an ice cream or take the ferry across the fjord for new experiences. A wonderful holiday home for those who want peaceful surroundings, closeness and a real holiday idyll by the Limfjord. Rental to youth groups is not allowed.A refundable deposit might be charged closer to your check-in date. The security deposit ensures a smooth stay and covers any additional services or consumption charges.This deposit covers utilities consumed during your stay and any additional services that may be taken.The final amount will be adjusted based on actual meter readings, actual usage of extra services, and any remaining balance will be refunded within 21 days after checkout.This deposit simply acts as a prepayment for charges that  you would anyways pay for, ensuring a seamless stay and check-out experience.
