Villa Padana is a 220-square-meter villa spread over two floors, designed to offer maximum comfort, privacy, and relaxation.

Bedrooms:
The villa has 4 bedrooms: 3 with double beds and one with twin beds, plus a sofa bed in the living room. The master bedroom is spacious, with a walk-in closet and a private TV. All bedrooms are tastefully furnished and equipped with high-quality linens, extra pillows, and waterproof mattress covers.

Bathrooms:
There are 3 full bathrooms (one per floor and one guest bathroom), equipped with towels, heated towel racks, and all essential amenities.

Living Room:
Spacious and bright, with a 60" TV featuring Sky, Netflix, and Disney+, a large sofa, and a pool table for leisure time.

Kitchen:
Fully equipped with an induction cooktop, oven, combination microwave, dishwasher, Nespresso machine, and wine cooler. Perfect for cooking gourmet dishes or simple family meals.

Outdoor spaces:
A 500-square-meter garden surrounding the villa, ideal for walks and relaxation. A 21-square-meter patio equipped with a table, sofas, a gas grill, and a heated hot tub (available upon request in winter). Perfect spaces for outdoor lunches and aperitifs at sunset.

Parking:
Over 5 private parking spaces: 2 on the patio and 3 along the driveway.

Other spaces and amenities:
Laundry room with washing machine and dryer, adjustable air conditioning and heating, mini-fridge, and wine cooler, safety features including fire extinguishers and waterproof mattress covers.

Guest Access
During their stay at Villa Padana, guests will have exclusive access to nearly all areas of the villa, both indoor and outdoor, ensuring privacy and freedom of movement.

Interiors:
Guests have access to all the bedrooms, bathrooms, the living room, and the fully equipped kitchen. The living room features comfortable sofas, a 60-inch TV with Sky, Netflix, and Disney+, and a pool table for leisure time. All areas are furnished in a modern style and equipped with essential amenities such as air conditioning, heating, extra pillows, and high-quality linens.

Outdoors:
Guests have access to the 500-square-meter garden, ideal for walks, games, or relaxing outdoors. The 21-square-meter patio is equipped with sofas, a table, a gas grill, and a heated hot tub (available upon request in winter). These areas are perfect for al fresco dining, sunset drinks, and moments of relaxation in complete privacy.

Parking:
There are more than 5 private parking spaces available: 2 on the patio and 3 along the driveway. The garages are not accessible.

Inaccessible areas:
The only area not available to guests is the indoor garage. The rest of the villa is entirely reserved for guests.

Additional amenities:
Laundry room with washing machine and dryer, minibar and wine cooler, basic cleaning supplies provided. During your stay, Co-Host Ruggiero is available to answer questions or offer recommendations on local activities, restaurants, and attractions.

Villa Padana offers a worry-free stay thanks to its advanced technology. Check-in is completely contactless, and all of the villa’s systems—from climate control to lighting, and from entertainment devices to security—are smart and easy to use. Guests enjoy maximum autonomy, comfort, and privacy at all times. The villa also features private parking, with over five parking spaces between the patio and the driveway; the indoor garage is not accessible. The ground-floor areas are accessible to guests with limited mobility, while the stairs and upper floors require a minimum level of mobility. Pets are welcome, with bowls, beds, and treats provided, but they are not allowed on beds or sofas. Finally, safety and maintenance are constantly prioritised: fire extinguishers are on hand, thermostats and some showers require special care, and there is an ample supply of linens and pillows to ensure a comfortable stay.
