The holiday home is divided into two spacious apartments, supplemented by a converted attic for group holidays, and offers approximately 180 square meters of living space for up to 14 people (6 + 4 + 4).

Your "Baltic Sea beach villa" was built in 1903 by an industrialist as a summer residence directly behind the beach. Lovingly and completely restored, it has now been modernized to meet contemporary needs. Its proximity to the Olympic marina provides excellent infrastructure, with a bakery, restaurant, and shops just around the corner.
