Professionally, I am the founder of a family food brand dedicated to helping children develop a love of healthy, delicious food from an early age. Before that, I spent many years in the charity and non-profit sector, always focused on food education, nutrition and supporting families.

Travel has been a huge part of my life, both through work and personal adventure. Over the years I have been fortunate enough to live in Guatemala, Paris, Rome, Sydney and New York, experiences that shaped my love of different cultures, people and food. Sometimes I travel with my family, and other times on my own for work or a little adventure.

I am also a proud mother of three wonderful girls, and some of my happiest moments are spent cooking for them, gathering around the table and sharing meals together. Food, family and hospitality are at the heart of who I am.

As both a frequent guest and an experienced host, I deeply appreciate the trust involved in welcoming someone into your home. I treat every place with care and respect, and always hope guests leave my own homes feeling they have stayed with a friend rather than simply rented a property.

As a food founder, mum of three and someone who loves cooking, I genuinely think Foz do Douro is one of Europe's best-kept secrets.

There is something incredibly inspiring about living between the River Douro and the Atlantic Ocean, with amazing fresh fish, local produce, markets and independent food businesses all around you. I often find myself picking up ingredients and cooking for friends and family after a walk along the seafront.

At the same time, Porto has a surprisingly vibrant startup and founder community, so there is this wonderful combination of entrepreneurial energy and laid-back coastal living. There are always interesting people building businesses, creating new ideas and supporting one another.

You can spend the morning on investor calls, the afternoon by the beach and the evening sharing great food with friends while watching the sun set over the Atlantic.

For me, it is the perfect blend of family life, food, wellness and entrepreneurship — a place that feels creative, healthy, welcoming and full of possibility all at the same time.

For remote workers and founders, we offer high-speed fibre internet and comfortable workspaces. One of our favourite things about living here is that you can finish a video call, close your laptop and be walking along the Atlantic Ocean within a minute. A morning swim, beach walk or coffee by the sea is never far away.

Located in the heart of Foz, you are steps from beaches, oceanfront promenades, cafés, bakeries, markets and some of Porto's best restaurants, while still enjoying the calm atmosphere of a residential neighbourhood.
