La Tour-Maubourg station (Line 8) – 2 minutes on foot

Varenne station (Line 13) – about 9 minutes on foot

These lines offer direct access to key parts of Paris, including Montparnasse, Invalides, Opéra, Place de la Concorde, and Bastille.

You’re also just a 10–15 minute walk from Invalides station, which connects to RER C and additional metro lines, making it easy to reach landmarks and transport hubs across the city.

Airport Access
Getting to the airports is simple and efficient.

Charles de Gaulle Airport is about 45–50 minutes away via RER B from Saint-Michel (accessible by connecting through Line 8 or RER C).

Orly Airport can be reached in around 35–40 minutes via RER C from Invalides and the Orlyval shuttle from Antony.

The property will only accept the number of guests booked as per the booking confirmation. Any additional guests not confirmed on the booking will not be accepted or subject to an additional charge.
Each guest will be asked to complete a pre-check-in form prior to arrival and be asked to share a form of governmental identification, Passports are required for non EU residents.
This property is located in a residential area and guests are asked to refrain from excessive noise, and will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties.
Please note that last-minute reservations being made within 24 hours from the arrival date are subject to a change in check-in time from 4 P.M to 7 P.M.

Guests must leave the property in the same state as when they checked in. Please be careful with art, books and things of value in the house.
