Welcome to your very own archipelago paradise on the Södra Rörvik headland in Roslagen. Here you’ll stay in a thoughtfully designed lakeside cottage with comfortable sleeping arrangements for up to 4 people, where the open floor plan invites you to socialize. The lakeside cottage is located on the hosts’ spacious private property, but you can relax in complete peace—the hosts naturally do not use this part of the property while you are visiting, so you have your own private oasis.



Brew your morning coffee in the modern kitchen, gather around the social kitchen island, and feel the calm wash over you. On the lower level, a comfortable double bed awaits, and if you climb the ladder to the loft, you’ll find two cozy single beds right under the roofline. The bathroom is a luxurious surprise in itself—stylishly decorated and equipped with cozy underfloor heating, a towel warmer, and a lovely rain shower. When evening comes, simply draw the blackout curtains on all the windows to ensure an active yet restful night’s sleep.



No matter the season, comfort is top-notch; a crackling wood-burning stove spreads warmth and coziness on chilly evenings, while the air-source heat pump and ceiling fan keep the cottage cool during the hottest days of summer. High-speed broadband is also included, should you need to get online in the middle of this idyll.



The absolute heart of the cottage is the spacious deck. Here you can set the table for long outdoor dinners, lean back in the lounge chairs, and simply enjoy the day. The deck is cleverly designed with secluded, wind-protected areas that offer privacy—and even though there’s a neighbor whose cottage is right next to the boathouse, you still have plenty of privacy and your own undisturbed space. Best of all? The sun follows you here on the dock from morning to evening. For the adventurous, there’s a small motorboat available for rent separately—perfect for exploring hidden archipelago islands, casting a fishing rod, or finding your very own swimming spot on the cove.



The surroundings are just as magical as the cottage. With Barnens Ö just across the water, you’ll be surrounded by beautiful mushroom forests, deep nature reserves, and the Roslagsleden trail right nearby. If you prefer public transportation, the SL bus is just a ten-minute walk away. Within a 20-minute drive, you’ll also find everything you need: ICA Älmsta, golf and padel courts, cozy local restaurants, the Väddö Canal, and Simpnäs Harbor, where the ferry takes you out to historic Arholma.
