It is a totally new design apartment. It is located in a historic building renovated in 2006 and with an elevator to a flat floor, very difficult to find in the tourist center.Bright and very cozy. Designed to make you feel 'at home'.
You have sheets, towels, kitchen utensils, large rain shower, TV, dishwasher, oven, wifi, etc. Very calm. Safe zone. Unbeatable location. 200 m from the tapas area and 100 m from the Cathedral.
You will find the present design from the moment you enter the portal, since the building has also been completely renovated with elements in modern design and color.Services and common areas.
The street where the apartment is located, Calle Portales, is the main tourist street in Logroño. It is the main artery and it is where the main restaurants and small charming shops are located. It is the same street as the Cathedral. The apartment is 200 from the tapas areas: La Laurel and San Juan.
The street is pedestrian, you will not be able to pass with the car.
At 300 m there is a free public parking to park. There are also nearby private parking options. When you make the reservation we will inform you of the car parks if you do not need them. The tourist center of Logroño is small, on foot is the best way to get around it.
