Ocean Blue
Villa offers five bedrooms, all with double beds, air conditioning and
televisions, creating a comfortable and practical setup for restful stays. Four
bedrooms are located on the first floor, while one additional bedroom is set on
the upper loft level. The indoor areas include comfortable living spaces, a
fully equipped kitchen and practical amenities for an easy and relaxing stay.
Outdoors, guests can enjoy a large private setting designed for summer living,
with spacious terraces, garden areas, sunbeds, umbrellas and shaded relaxation
spots. The private swimming pool is perfect for refreshing swims during the day
or peaceful evening moments & 4 seated heated jacuzzi. A hammock offers a
quiet place to unwind, while table tennis adds fun for both adults and
children. The outdoor dining area and gas BBQ make open-air meals simple and
enjoyable. Private parking and comfortable outdoor furniture complete the
villas relaxed island atmosphere.





Ocean Blue
Villa is located in the Asgourou / Koskinou area of Rhodes, a convenient
residential setting with quick access to both Rhodes Town and the islands east
coast. The nearest beaches around Kallithea are approximately 3-4 km away,
while Faliraki Beach is about 7-8 km from the villa. Local restaurants, cafes,
a bakery and pharmacy can be reached in the nearby Koskinou area, approximately
1-2 km away, offering useful everyday services without needing to drive far.
Rhodes city centre is around 6-8 km away, and the Medieval Old Town of Rhodes,
a UNESCO World Heritage Site, is approximately 6-7 km from the property.
Diagoras International Airport is about 12-16 km away, depending on the route.
Lindos, one of the islands most famous destinations, is approximately 40-45 km
away, where guests can visit the traditional village, beaches and the historic
Acropolis of Lindos nearby.


Please note that the accommodation (climate) tax per overnight stay is as follows:
o From 01/04 to 31/10: 15EUR per night
o From 01/11 to 31/03: 4EUR per night
