Casa Almaris A2 is located on the first floor of the house in an exceptional location just 20 meters from the sea. With its close proximity to the beach, beautiful sea views, and relaxing atmosphere, this apartment is an ideal choice for families and friends looking to enjoy a memorable holiday on the Zadar Riviera.



The apartment offers 95 m² of living space and a 20 m² balcony where you can enjoy your morning coffee while admiring the sea and Mediterranean surroundings. It features three comfortable bedrooms, each furnished with a double bed (160 x 200 cm). One bedroom has direct access to the balcony and stunning sea views, while the other two provide peace and privacy for a restful stay.



The spacious open-plan living room, dining area, and fully equipped kitchen create a welcoming space for relaxing and spending quality time together after a day by the sea. Guests have access to a bathroom with a toilet as well as an additional separate toilet. Mosquito screens are installed in two of the bedrooms.



One of the apartment’s greatest advantages is its outstanding location – the sea is only a few steps away, while the popular Santorini Beach Bar is within easy walking distance, offering the perfect setting for summer relaxation and unforgettable sunsets.



Guests can also enjoy a shared outdoor barbecue/fireplace area, ideal for preparing meals and spending pleasant evenings outdoors. Private parking is available on-site.



For families travelling with young children, a baby cot and high chair are available upon request. Small pets are welcome upon prior notice for an additional fee of €10 per day.
