The house features a charming semi-covered veranda equipped with a comfortable dining table: the perfect space to fully enjoy outdoor living, taking in the sea breeze and an atmosphere of peace and well-being. A barbecue is also available for preparing delicious dinners with family and friends.
Upon request, a private chef can be arranged, with the fee to be agreed directly with the owner.
The location is also ideal for exploring the wonders of the Hyblaean area: Ragusa Ibla, renowned for its Baroque architecture, is approximately 10 km away, while Modica and Scicli are about 15 km away. Noto, Syracuse, and Catania can be reached within approximately 100 km.

Bed linen and towels are available upon request at a cost of €10.00 per person.

The seaside house is spread over two levels. On the ground floor, there is a spacious air-conditioned open-plan living area (heating/cooling) and a fully equipped bathroom with a shower.
On the first floor, there is an air-conditioned double bedroom (heating/cooling) with access to the balcony, a single bedroom, and a bedroom with two single beds equipped with fans. There is also a second bathroom with a shower.
