The space The villa accommodates up to 6 adults and 2 children in 3 double bedrooms plus 1 bedroom with bunk beds, with 3 bathrooms (2 en suite). The outdoor spaces are the heart of the house: well-kept garden, patio equipped for outdoor dining, panoramic terrace with sea view relaxation area and outdoor built-in shower. There are 3 private parking spaces available.
Interiors and exteriors have been recently renovated, with a bright and welcoming atmosphere. The villa is equipped with air conditioning in all rooms, Wi-Fi, fully equipped kitchen, dishwasher and washing machine — everything you need to feel at home in Sicily.

Other things to keep in mind
The fee includes: weekly cleaning, change of bed and bath linen once a week, garden maintenance.
The fee does not include: final cleaning (€200), electricity consumption over 500 kWh per week (€0.60/kWh), tourist tax (€2 per person/night, up to a maximum of 8 nights — children under 18 are exempt).
 

City Tax: € 2,00 per person per night to pay at check-in starting from 1 nights for a maximum of 8 nights

RECEPTION
You will be welcomed directly into the house to receive any necessary information regarding the Villa and your stay.
