The cottage is an entire home arranged over two floors, with a comfortable living room, separate dining room, kitchen, two bedrooms, family bathroom and a small enclosed outdoor space.
The living room has a Smart TV and log burner, which guests are welcome to use in accordance with the house manual. The kitchen includes an oven, hob, microwave, fridge, kettle, toaster and washing machine. The dining room seats guests comfortably and can also be used as a laptop-friendly space for remote working, supported by fibre optic superfast Wi-Fi.
Upstairs, there are two bedrooms: one king bedroom and one small double bedroom. A pull-out single bed is also available in the dining room to provide flexible sleeping arrangements within the maximum occupancy of 4 guests. The bathroom includes a bath with shower.
The property is family-friendly, with a stair gate, high chair and cot available on request. Please note that the stairs are steep, which may limit accessibility for some guests or require extra care with young children.
Well-behaved dogs are welcome, up to a maximum of two, subject to an additional pet fee and the house rules.

The property is also a fantastic base for visiting the wider area. Stonehenge is a short drive or bus trip away, Old Sarum is nearby, and the New Forest is within easy reach for countryside walks, cycling, family days out and exploring traditional villages.
A digital visitor parking permit is included for one vehicle. Parking spaces are not reserved or guaranteed, but guests may park in any valid Salisbury Zone B permit space once the permit has been activated. The two spaces directly outside the cottage are 30-minute bays, which are useful for loading and unloading but are not covered by the visitor permit.
Linen, towels, toiletries, tea and coffee are provided. The property is tech-enabled, with a smart lock and smart thermostat for guest convenience.
