The villa features a fully equipped kitchen, a washing machine, and a dishwasher. Additional amenities include air-conditioning, a balcony, and a barbecue. There is free WiFi throughout the villa, and free on-site private parking.

This villa is situated on an elevated site with magnificent views of Javea, the sea and the surrounding countryside and mountains.



Access to the lower floor is by an Otis lift where an outstanding view greets you when the lift doors open.

At this level there is a terrace and the infinity pool. There are double doors leading to a small lounge with a kitchen. There is a spacious double bedroom with an en suite shower room and double doors leading to the terrace. A second bedroom with two twin beds is also on this floor.

A staircase leads to the upper floor.

A few steps off this staircase there is a further shower room, convenient for the pool and for the twin bedroom.



On the upper floor there is a large lounge and dining room with a fireplace. There is a large wall mounted television with many stations including some sports channels.

On this floor there are three further bedrooms, one large bedroom with a super kingsize bed and an ensuite shower room. There are double doors leading to a terrace. There is a double bedroom , a twin bedroom, a family bathroom and a shower room. The kitchen leads off the lounge. There is air conditioning in all the bedrooms.




Javea is a lovely town with contrasting facilities. The Old Town is a typical Spanish town with historic buildings and many cafes and bars. There is an indoor market with typical Spanish food for sale and a couple of bars serving coffee, wine, beer and tapas. The port of Javea is about a 20 minute walk from the villa and has a pebbly beach and a marina. Again there are many lively bars and restaurants. The Arenal is a sandy beach about 4 kilometres from the villa. The sea here is very shallow making it safe for children. There is a lovely promende with many restaurants, bars and ice cream emporiums.

Javea is known as a family friendly resort. The villa is situated in what is considered one of the best residential areas of Javea. It is a quiet neighbourhood with Spanish and other European residents, with both holiday homes and full time residents.


Local attractions include Playa La Grava 2.3km and Montgó mountain 10km.
