This well-appointed holiday home offers comfort and convenience for your Cornish getaway. Recently upgraded with electric wall heaters, new mattresses, beds, TV & better faster WIFI, the property provides a cosy setting—perfect for relaxing evenings watching the Smart TV or unwinding outdoors, surrounded by nature.

The ground floor features a spacious open-plan layout comprising the lounge, kitchen, and dining area. The lounge includes two comfortable sofas and a Smart TV. The dining area provides seating for up to 8 guests. The modern kitchen is fully equipped with a ceramic hob, double oven, microwave, air fryer, and under-counter fridge with icebox compartment.

A modern downstairs shower room, installed in 2023, offers added convenience and is shown in the listing photos.
