Drive up the winding lane to Glenn Highlands and feel the weight of the city ebb away. Come in to the farmhouse and be greeted by a mix of century charm and modern luxury. The main floor features the gourmet kitchen that leads into the sunroom (a lovely place for morning coffee and a leisurely read of the newspaper), the dining room complete with harvest table and the living room with floor-to-ceiling windows overlooking the fields and Georgian Bay. From the main floor you can walk out to pool or the screened-in porch.
From the main floor, take the broad staircase to the upper level. There you will find three of the four bedrooms – two with king beds and the third with two queens. The Master offers stunning views northward to the Bay and features a wall of closets and ensuite bath. The King features ample closets and an electric fireplace. The Two Queens feature a walk-in closet and views across the field or out to the barn. The upper level also features a 4-piece bath with free-standing tub and a reading nook.
The lower level features a games room, complete with ping pong and air hockey tables, and a family room with 65” TV and working fireplace. The fourth bedroom and bathroom are located on this level. The Bunkie, named after the two sets of bunk beds, is the perfect kid hang-out zone. From the lower level you can walk out to the lawn and fire pit.
