This comfortable semi-detached house accommodates two people. The ground floor features a living/dining room with a fully equipped, brand-new Nobilia kitchen including a dishwasher, fireplace, satellite TV, and a newly renovated bathroom with shower, toilet, and sauna. Upstairs, you'll find an open-plan bedroom and a lovely loggia. A washing machine is available in the hallway. I look forward to welcoming you as my guests.
