The Space:

The heart of this home is the comfortable living room. Featuring plush seating and a television, this is the perfect space for guests to unwind.



The fully equipped kitchen features everything guests need to grab a quick snack or prepare home-cooked meals during their stay -whether it's for a short term break or a longer getaway. The adjacent dining area provides a space where guests can gather to enjoy delicious meals together and create memories during their stay.



The three spacious bedrooms are furnished with comfortable beds, quality linens and ample storage space, providing the perfect place for guests to rest and recharge after a day of exploring the local area. Two of the bedrooms feature additional seating areas that offer a private sanctuary for guests to unwind in peace.



The two modern bathrooms are clean and well-appointed, complete with fresh towels and essential amenities to ensure an effortless stay for all guests. The additional downstairs W/C offers convenience for guests looking to refresh themselves during their stay.



Large windows throughout the property allow plenty of natural light to fill the space, creating a bright and welcoming environment for guests to enjoy. The keys to Yellow House are accessible via a secure key safe box. Further details will be provided prior to check-in.

Jersey Street does not have any parking spaces that can be paid for, although Grove Street (one street up the hill) does. However, these only allow you to park for 4 hours at some expense. You can park anywhere between 9 am and 8 pm. If requested upon booking, the property Owners will sell guests a scratch-card parking permit for each night that will be let for them on the table. The nearest car parks are Trafalgar Street or the station.

For those arriving by car, local parking options are available nearby, and many of Brighton's top attractions, beaches, restaurants, and shops are within walking distance, making it easy to explore without a vehicle.
