Chalet Incantato: Luxury in the Cimbrian Alps

If you’re looking for an intimate, exclusive, quiet place with breathtaking views and unforgettable sunsets, Lo Chalet Incantato at Maso K is the perfect choice.
Perfect for a couple—even with a small dog—or a family of four, spread over three floors and adjacent to Maso K, with a private garden of about 500 square metres, the Enchanted Chalet is a true haven of well-being.

- Ground Floor
You enter directly into the dining and kitchen area, where the scent of oak welcomes you along with the modern lines of the fully equipped kitchen featuring Corian worktops (dishwasher, rubbish disposal, water carbonator, etc.).

- Lower Level
Here you’ll find a spacious bedroom with an en suite bathroom, a walk-in closet, a Smart TV, a king-size bed, and a 120-cm sofa bed that will be set up for your child(ren).
If your child is under three years old, we can also provide a travel cot.

- Upper Floor
Going up to the ground floor, you’ll find a living room with a very comfortable large sofa (1.50 m x 3 m) that’s also suitable for sleeping, and an additional full bathroom.
A large, 5-meter floor-to-ceiling window will give you the feeling of having a living, breathing landscape right before your eyes. There’s also a 55" Smart TV here.

The property is completed by a basement area adjacent to the bedroom, which serves as a ski storage and laundry area, complete with a dryer.

🌸 Where to find us and what makes us special
We’re nestled in the absolute tranquility of the village of Carpeneda, just a 3-minute drive from the centre of Folgaria.
Just 30 minutes from Trento, 1 hour from Verona, and 2 hours from Venice, it’s the ideal solution for getting to the real mountains without travelling too far.
All accommodation offer breathtaking views of the Little Dolomites and the Vallagarina.
Maso K, reborn in December 2024 following the restoration of Maso Cappelletti, was rebuilt using MHM (glue-free wood), with a strong focus on sustainability; we use only energy from renewable sources.

🏡 The residences and the chalet
Our residences are two-bedroom units with two en suite bathrooms (one of the two bedrooms is a quadruple), all stylishly designed and featuring a warm, welcoming atmosphere.
They measure approximately 95 square metres, while the Chalet Incantato is about 100 square metres.
They’re luxuriously appointed, with many thoughtful details designed to make you feel right at home… or, we hope, even better than at home 😊

Inside, you’ll find:
- 🛏️ Sheets, bath towels, sauna towels, toiletries, a hair dryer, and slippers (for adults only); at the Chalet, you’ll also find dressing gowns and soft dressing gowns
- 🍽️ Fully equipped kitchen, with small and large appliances, including a washer-dryer.
- 🛋️ Large sofa with a 55" Smart TV
- 🛁 Bedrooms with en suite bathrooms


🧺 Breakfast included in the price
Upon your arrival, we’ll provide a basket with a truly delicious breakfast:
- 🧈 butter and 🥛 milk from the dairy
- 🍓 jam
- ☕ Nespresso coffee pods
- 🍯 honey from our hives
Every morning, you’ll find the basket outside your door with:
- 🥖 fresh bread
- 🥐 brioche or krapfen


🔥 Wellness Area
The saunas (infrared, bio-sauna, and Finnish) are located in the natural cave carved into the rock of Maso K and can be used in complete privacy for 1 hour per day by each guest.


🌳 Outdoor relaxation areas
For the 3 residences at Maso K:
- a large park of approximately 9,000 square metres ☘️
- lounge chairs, a table with benches, and a beach umbrella for BBQs (summer)
- storage space in the cabin for skis and boots; however, we recommend renting a locker at the base of the slopes.
- a quiet, secluded forest, perfect for easy family walks
- Assistance with booking ski school, dinners at mountain huts via snowmobile, snowshoeing on full moon nights, e-bike rentals, etc.

Check-in from 3:00 PM, check-out by 10:00 a.m.
We usually offer early check-in and late check-out free of charge, but unfortunately, this is not possible during peak season.
