It is equipped with an induction cooktop, oven, sink, and functional built-in units. In the center, a comfortable table with four upholstered chairs in black with gold accents creates an elegant dining space. A welcome set with coffee, tea, and basic spices is provided for guests' convenience.



The living room opens onto the balcony – a pleasant spot for morning coffee or a moment of relaxation outdoors.



The bedroom is decorated in soothing shades of gray and white. It features a comfortable double bed with light bedding, soft pillows, and a throw. The interior is adorned with subtle stucco wall art, gold accents in the lighting, and decorative graphics.



The bathroom boasts a striking finish in a light marble pattern with gold accents. Guests have access to a walk-in shower, sink, toilet, and washing machine. Hotel towels and basic toiletries – shower gel, shampoo, and soap – are provided.

One of the major advantages of the apartment building, apart from its location and pleasant design, is the shared area available to guests. It includes a children's playroom, a gym, and a sauna available for an additional fee.



The building also features an underground garage suitable for vehicles up to 2 metres in height. Cars equipped with LPG systems are also permitted. The number of parking spaces is limited and availability cannot be guaranteed. The parking fee is PLN 5 per hour or PLN 40 per day.

The Nadmotłwie C21 apartment is located in a modern apartment building completed in December 2020. It is situated right next to the river, in the immediate vicinity of the Old Town. The apartment is a short walk from the Old Town. Although the area around the apartment is just beginning its revitalization period, the view of the river, the marina, and the Old Town's tenement houses will constantly accompany you on your way to the Old Town.

Please note that due to construction work in the area of the site, noise disturbances may occur.



Please be advised that the building's common area will be closed from September 24, 2026, to October 11, 2026, due to modernization work. We apologize for the inconvenience.
