Located in a peaceful residential area between Alcudia and Playa de Muro, Can Blau enjoys a privileged setting for guests wishing to combine beach, relaxation and convenience. The beach is approximately 500 metres away, offering easy access to the crystal-clear waters and fine white sand of Alcudia Bay.



The property is also close to the S'Albufera Natural Park, ideal for walking and cycling, as well as restaurants, supermarkets and local amenities. Alcudia's historic old town, traditional market and the renowned Alcanada Golf Course are all within easy driving distance.

– Check-in: from 4:00 pm.

– Check-out: until 10:00 a.m.

– Parties and events are not allowed.

– No pets allowed.



Note 1. Final cleaning fees are included in the rental price. This does not relieve the client of their obligation to care for the property during their stay. No charge will be applied to the deposit provided the property is used reasonably. Rubbish must be taken to the recycling point indicated by the property coordinator.



Note 2. In accordance with current regulations in the Balearic Islands, all tourist accommodations are required to charge guests aged 16 and over the age of 16 the Tourist Tax, which is subsequently paid to the Regional Authorities.



Note 3. Electricity consumption is not included in the accommodation price. The cost is €0.25 per kWh, payable upon departure. Meter readings will be taken both upon arrival and departure.



Note 4. In properties where an extra bed can be added, and always subject to availability, the cost will be €15 per person per day. Additionally, where possible, a protective fence for the pool can be added at a cost of €13 per linear meter. Please check availability.



Note 5. Check-in after 10:00 PM incurs an additional charge of €30, and after midnight, €50. However, self check-in with a welcome from staff is available the following day. When possible, late check-out is subject to availability and costs €90 until 1:00 PM and €160 until 4:00 PM.
