Ings View is a four bedroom house overlooking the Ings at Allerton Bywater.

With four bedrooms plus single sofa bed and cot bed (available by prior request), plenty of living/dining space, Ings View is the perfect option for your group getaway.

The property offers four generous double bedrooms, making it ideal for families, groups of friends or colleagues visiting the area. Relax in the comfortable living room with a large smart TV and complimentary Wi-Fi, or gather around the large dining table, perfect for family meals, celebrations and entertaining.

The well-equipped kitchen enjoys lovely views across the fields, where you can often spot sheep grazing in spring, pheasants wandering through the fields and geese having a swim.

There are two bathrooms: a spacious family bathroom with a bath and an en-suite shower room, providing convenience for larger groups.

Step outside onto the rear decking area and take in the stunning countryside views. It's the perfect spot for a morning coffee, an evening drink or simply watching the local wildlife and changing seasons.

The Area
Allerton Bywater is a friendly Yorkshire village surrounded by nature, walking routes and outdoor attractions. Just minutes away is the beautiful RSPB St Aidan's Nature Park, a vast reserve of lakes, wetlands and walking trails that is home to a wide variety of birds and wildlife.

Nature lovers will also enjoy Fairburn Ings Nature Reserve, while walkers and cyclists can explore the River Aire, The Lines Way trail and the surrounding countryside.

For days out, Leeds city centre is within easy reach, offering shopping, restaurants, museums and nightlife.
