The Space: Upon entering Angel Mews, the open plan living/dining area can be found on the right hand side of the property. This bright and airy room benefits from a three seater sofa and two arm chairs, a wall mounted TV and electric fireplace. The dining area provides seating for four people across two benches. Continuing through the property, the sitting room leads to the fully equipped kitchen with integrated fridge/freezer, four ring gas hob, oven, integrated washing machine and integrated dishwasher. The kitchen is also complimented by a four seater breakfast bar and direct access to the private courtyard area. Heading upstairs, the bright and airy first floor landing gives way to two bedrooms and a family bathroom. The master bedroom has a king size bed, and the second bedroom has a double bed. The family bathroom consists of a bath with overhead shower, heated towel rail, toilet and sink. Please note that the second floor of this property is not available for guest use.
Other things to note: Parking – Off road space for one car (carport dimensions - 2.3m Wide x 2.4m High x 3.7m Long) Services – Duvets and linens provided (beach towels not included) Technology – Free WiFi available Kitchen – Dishwasher, oven, gas hob, fridge/freezer, microwave and washing machine. Restrictions – No smoking at any time on property grounds. Pets allowed in line with our house rules. Please be respectful of the neighbours and keep noise to a minimum during the quiet hours of 11pm-8am. The minimum age required for the lead guest is 18. Please note that if you are below the age minimum your booking will be cancelled. Please note that upon confirming your booking, we kindly request all guests to complete a pre-check-in form in order to facilitate a smooth check-in. - The minimum age required for the lead guest is 18 - Infants will be counted as a guest - Strictly no stag or hen parties - Strictly no smoking inside the property (penalty of £150.00 for non-compliance) - If the property has been found to be in need of a deep clean after the guests departure the guest in question agrees to pay £100.00 to cover labour and additional cleaning - Please also note that if you are bringing a pet, that the fee is £40 per pet per stay for a maximum of 1. Pets are limited to hard floor areas and not allowed on furniture or in bedrooms. Kindly message us first as bringing a pet is subject to approval. - We please ask all guests to respect our neighbours. Quiet hours operate from 11pm to 8am. - Guests must manage waste as per the property manual, with a potential fee for non-compliance.
d. Disclaimer for Unauthorised Changes: Any unauthorised early check-ins or late check-outs will incur a penalty fee of £50 per additional hour overstayed. A late check-out may also lead to a relocation and/or cancellation fee if it results in a loss of income due to disruptions in subsequent bookings.
