Antelao Apartment — The authentic warmth of the Dolomites between Cortina and the Dolomites Cycle Route
Welcome to Antelao Apartment, a cozy mountain home located in Borca di Cadore, along the historic Strada Alemagna that leads to Cortina d'Ampezzo.
The house enjoys a privileged position: a few steps away there is the famous Dolomite Cycle Route, one of the most suggestive panoramic routes in the Alps. From here it is possible to start discovering an itinerary that connects Calalzo di Cadore to Cortina d'Ampezzo, crosses the Cimabanche Pass and leads to Dobbiaco, among breathtaking scenery, Alpine forests and the iconic Dolomite peaks, a UNESCO World Heritage Site.
The apartment, developed on several levels, is the result of a traditional mountain Stube, cleverly modernized to offer maximum comfort without sacrificing its original character. During the renovation, the typical materials of the Alpine tradition were enhanced and taken up, such as wood, present on the walls of the bedroom and on the kitchen ceiling, creating a warm and welcoming atmosphere.
On the ground floor there is a characteristic living area with a typical mountain flavor, designed to share pleasant moments with family or friends after a day spent outdoors. The living room houses two comfortable sofas, a dining area and a TV, creating a convivial space where you can relax and immediately feel at home. To complete the environment there is a beautiful wood stove that helps to make it even more suggestive and that can be used by guests following the instructions and instructions provided by our staff upon arrival.
Next to the living room is the kitchen, fully equipped and functional, equipped with a dishwasher, coffee machine, kettle and everything necessary to prepare breakfasts, lunches and dinners in total autonomy.
The sleeping area, located on the first floor, has been designed to provide comfort, tranquility and rest. The double bedroom is bright and welcoming, tastefully furnished in Alpine style and embellished with details that recall the warmth of the mountain. The well-organized spaces, the spacious closet and the relaxing atmosphere make it the ideal refuge after a day spent on trails, ski slopes or walks in the characteristic villages of Cadore.
The second bedroom is particularly suitable for families with children or groups of friends. It has two bunk beds that offer a total of four beds and create a practical but at the same time welcoming environment. This room is also equipped with a wardrobe and enjoys a cozy and comfortable atmosphere, perfect for ensuring maximum relaxation for all guests.
On the same floor there is a large bathroom designed in a contemporary key, which combines modern design and mountain-inspired elements, recalling the natural tones of wood and the simple elegance of Alpine environments. It is complete with a sink, bidet, toilet and a spacious shower.
The real jewel of the Antelao Apartment is located on the top level of the house: a beautiful attic, where the charm of the Dolomites is expressed in all its authenticity. This exclusive environment is dedicated to relaxation and leisure, with a refined lounge area overlooking the surrounding mountains, ideal for reading a book, sipping an herbal tea or simply being enchanted by the view. The space also houses a large area dedicated to entertainment with projector and screen, perfect for spending evenings dedicated to movies and TV series using your favorite streaming platforms.
Among the services available to guests are free public parking located right in front of the house, a practical storage room for bicycles and skis in the cellar and a service bathroom on the ground floor equipped with toilet, washing machine and dryer.
The Antelao Apartment is the ideal starting point for discovering the wonders of the Belluno Dolomites. During summer you can start directly from home for hiking or cycling along the famous cycle path, explore alpine lakes and breathtaking views, while in winter the most important ski resorts in the area are easily accessible in a few minutes by car.

House Rules
The apartment can only be occupied by registered guests at the time of booking.
It is recommended to take the utmost care of the furniture, appliances and all equipment in the accommodation.
At the entrance of the house it is required to remove your shoes, in order to preserve the cleanliness and good condition of the rooms.
Before leaving the apartment, always check that lights, appliances and stoves are turned off.
We also invite you to use electricity responsibly and sparingly, avoiding waste and leaving unnecessary appliances or lighting on.
If the stove is used, special care must be taken during ignition and operation. For safety reasons, the stove must always be turned off during the night and when the house remains unattended.
The wood provided for the stove can be used freely during the stay; however, the amount consumed must be replenished before departure.
It is mandatory to carry out separate waste collection during your stay. The waste disposal bins are located in front of the warehouse. We ask you to respect local guidelines for the proper separation of waste.
Do not leave waste inside the apartment at the end of your stay.
It is forbidden to move furniture and furnishings without prior authorization.
Any damage, failure or malfunction must be notified promptly to the owner or the personnel in charge.
It is recommended that you close doors and windows carefully every time you leave the apartment.
An external staircase is available to access the cellar; however, in case of ice or conditions that may make it slippery, it is mandatory to use the alternative route from the road side.
The keys to the warehouse must be stored according to the instructions provided by the staff before departure.
Check-out must be done within the agreed time, so as to allow cleaning and preparation of the accommodation for subsequent guests.
