About the host

Host profile image
We are a family of 5 from Colorado. We travel the world, but make our best memories here in Wyoming. Now that our kids have gone to college and beyond, the home is less used. We are self-employed, an engineer and an attorney and both entrepreneurs. We separately hail from Oklahoma and from Massachusetts, so an unlikely pair.

Why they chose this property

We bought this land (120 acres) and built this cabin because it is some of most beautiful land around a swim-able lake we could find, and we live over 4 hours away near Boulder, Colo. The home was designed to maximize family togetherness in an open main level with kitchen, dining, living and a huge deck, all with views of the lake and sculpted ravines nearby. If you like geology, you will find plenty to love here.
