Beautiful apartment at Al Andalus Residencial, Vera Playa, WiFi
Beautiful apartment in the urbanization Al Andalus Residencial in Vera Playa, up to 4 people. With terrace, living room with TV smart with spanish channels. Wifi, kitchen (with fridge / freezer, ceramic hob, oven, extractor hood, dishwasher, washing machine and microwave) 2 bedrooms with fitted wardrobes, 2 bathrooms. Air conditioning system (cold / hot). Covered parking space.
Urbanization with beautiful decorations, excellent location, modern and comfortable, suitable for family vacations. The kids will make friends quickly. Outdoor pool with a small pool for small children and babies, open from 1 June to 30 September, outside those dates there is a heated indoor pool (consult dates). Tennis/paddle court. There is also a small children's playground .Several apartments available.
In July and August minimum stay 1 week.
Media Area Legua, Puerto Rey, Vera Playa. (next to the supermarket Mercadona)
Electrical consumption :
Stays up to 21 days : A reasonable electrcity consumption of up to 10 KW /day is included in your reservation. Excess consumption will be charged extra.
Stays over 21 days as well as all stays Out of Season : Electricity is not included and will be charged in full according to comsumption. There is a meter/counter in the appartment for your monitoring.
