The living space includes a well-equipped kitchen with an island for dining, as well as a laundry area and storage.

A second bedroom with a mezzanine has a 160/190 cm bed, a bathroom with a bathtub open to the bedroom for absolute relaxation, a separate WC, and storage. Its undeniable asset remains the magnificent, calming sea view.

You will benefit from a large car park and a private direct access to the beach.

A garage is also available for storing bicycles or water sports equipment.

Linen is not provided but can be rented on site upon your arrival at the rate of 20 euros per double bed and the sofa bed, including towels.

Pets are accepted with an additional charge of 25 euros for the stay, payable on site.
