Great location on the 1st dune

This authentic holiday home almost reminds one of a seaside hotel – it was originally built in 1927 and has been continuously maintained. This is the ground floor apartment with a separate entrance. The plot is reserved for this rental purpose. The first floor is rented out separately.



The house is painted red with white windows and a white-painted terrace of 40m2. From the terrace you step directly out into the dunes, and you can't help but be captivated by the view. It is about 100 meters to the water, and a dune landscape with a path system. The plot is not fenced.



In the living room there is a wood-burning stove and a TV with Danish and Scandinavian channels. There is free internet. In the veranda section of the living room facing the water there are also two sofa beds for 2 people each.



In addition, there is a bedroom with 2 single beds.



The kitchen contains what you need for daily cooking. There is a bathroom with a shower. The house is partially heated with electric radiators and in addition a heat pump was installed in 2020, which provides good heating and a better indoor climate. The wood-burning stove is a closed type stove, reminiscent of a tiled stove, and it takes a while to get it to provide heat. A beautiful house at all times of the year, but in the winter months you should be aware that the house is older and not fully insulated.



A really cozy house close to, among other things, the Kattegat Center, the marina and ferries to both Sweden and Anholt. It is nice to stroll around the marina, where there are also good places to eat. There is a good beach, lovely nature and quiet surroundings.



If you want to hike, you can have wonderful walks both along the sandy beach, which is part of the Molsruten, but also through the cottage area behind to reach the plantation to the south and west.



Two minutes from the house you can catch the 22 km of mountain bike trails, so there is something for everyone in the area.



In Grenå, the more than 500-year-old market town, which is located about 3 km away, there are good opportunities for sightseeing and shopping. The house is also well located for excursions. Both Djurs Sommerland, Scandinavian Wildlife Park, Randers Rainforest and Den gamle By in Aarhus are within about 1 hour's drive from the house.
