New home located right in the heart of Guadix’s historic centre, in a quiet area with easy parking, from where you can reach any destination without needing a car.
In the interior courtyard, you’ll find a Roman amphora; the apartment is located on the ground floor of the building, so there’s no need to use the lift.
It features three fully equipped bedrooms, two full bathrooms, a spacious living room, and a fully equipped kitchen; all rooms face outward in a very quiet area.
We place special emphasis on the hygiene and cleanliness of our accommodation.
