The apartment is situated in a prime waterfront location—closest to the sea—within a pleasant residential community featuring modern holiday homes arranged in semi-detached units and small clusters, just a stone's throw from the water. The surrounding area offers opportunities for saltwater swims, forest walks, and a coastal landscape that invites both relaxation and exploration. Built in 1993 and renovated in recent years, the property offers a bright, fresh, and modern living space. The hallway provides space for outerwear, and directly adjacent is the bathroom, equipped with a toilet, washbasin, and shower. The kitchen and living room feature an open, sociable layout where modern décor and inviting furnishings create a wonderful atmosphere. The space includes both a dining table and a cozy seating area, with the magical view serving as the perfect finishing touch. The balcony is an ideal spot for relaxation, offering a view you will never tire of admiring. The apartment has two bedrooms. One is furnished with a double bed (two 80 cm mattresses) featuring a large topper. The second bedroom contains a sturdy single bed (90 cm) and a practical, simple fold-down upper bunk (80 cm) that is easily lowered when needed. Additionally, the living room features a sofa bed that sleeps two. Bjällansås offers an excellent base for exploring some of Bohuslän’s most popular attractions. Meet the animals at Nordens Ark, go swimming and crab fishing in one of the many coves, or take the ferry to charming Fiskebäckskil and Lysekil. There, you will find Havets Hus (an aquarium), cozy ice cream parlors, and pleasant surroundings perfect for a stroll. For those seeking more activity, there are opportunities to rent kayaks, hit the hiking trails, or join boat tours through the archipelago. You might also want to take a day trip to Smögen—famous for its iconic wooden pier—or visit Tjörn and the Pilane Sculpture Park. However, there are just as many reasons to stay put and enjoy everything the local area has to offer. Take a morning dip from the rocks, spend the day at the beach, or gather at one of the barbecue areas for a lovely alfresco dinner. Families with children particularly appreciate having the accommodation so close to the beach; the little ones can easily pop inside for a rest or a snack without the whole family having to pack up the car. There is also a playground in the area. The terrain is hilly and includes some stairs, but the reward is the constant proximity to the sea view.
