The modern holiday apartment features a bright living room with a TV and an adjoining bedroom; a curtain provides privacy. The kitchen offers a dining area, a four-burner stove, an oven, a coffee maker, a toaster, and a kettle.

There is a small seating area in front of the entrance. The large garden, which surrounds the entire house, offers plenty of space to lie down, relax, and play. The property is fenced, but the driveway to the courtyard is not gated.

You can park your car on the property and store your bicycles in the bicycle shelter or the lockable bicycle storage room. Bicycles are available for rent upon request.

There is also another holiday apartment in the house for up to eight people. It's ideal for a large group or a family reunion.
