The Loft—
This luxurious loft, with direct access from the street, welcomes us into the living area, where a beautiful wrought-iron and glass table complements the modern, fully equipped kitchenette. A couple of steps and an elegant, decorative wrought-iron handrail—crafted by skilled artisans—lead us into the living room, which welcomes us with two comfortable sofas. The sleeping area consists of a spacious bedroom with a king-size bed and a furnished loft area featuring two comfortable armchairs that can be converted into two single beds if needed. An elegant marble bathroom completes the residence, and a space equipped with a treadmill and exercise mats rounds out the loft.
On the first floor of the building are the other two residences, which share a splendid, elegantly furnished private terrace—an oasis of peace and relaxation.
- The first apartment welcomes guests with an elegant living area featuring sinuous lines, enhanced by pure white stone walls, designer furnishings, and a refined open kitchen. A striking marble staircase leads to the master suite with a king-size bed, a custom-built closet, and an en suite bathroom.
- The second apartment welcomes guests into an elegant living room with a dining area, featuring a custom-crafted table, walls with sinuous lines reminiscent of rock, and ceilings inspired by the movement of waves. The modern, fully equipped kitchen blends seamlessly into the space. A guest bathroom completes this floor.
Here, too, a striking marble staircase leads to the sleeping area, consisting of two elegant double bedrooms—one with a king-size bed and one with a queen-size bed—both meticulously designed with attention to the finest details, featuring fine materials, sophisticated fabrics, and a bright, relaxing atmosphere. Serving the bedrooms is an elegant marble bathroom equipped with every comfort.
HISTORY
Some homes hold more than one story. They hold a legacy.
In the heart of Olbia, the gateway to the famous Costa Smeralda, behind the facade of a historic building dating back to 1905, there is a place that belongs to a Sardinia that is becoming increasingly rare—a Sardinia defined by understated elegance, authentic craftsmanship, and timeless beauty. A Sardinia that does not reveal itself, but allows itself to be discovered by those who recognize its value.
When Jean Claude Lesuisse—one of the leading architects who helped define the identity of the Costa Smeralda—encountered this residence, he immediately understood that its value lay not only in its history, but in its soul. That is why he did not try to transform it. He chose something far more difficult: to preserve its essence, weaving together the charm of a palace that had already spanned a century with the architectural vision that would make the Costa Smeralda an international symbol of elegance and harmony.
Even today, that vision lives on in every detail. In the light that streams through the rooms and alters their character throughout the day. In the hand-crafted surfaces. In the soft forms sculpted from the materials. In the niches, volumes, and details created by master artisans who have transformed their expertise into art. Nothing is standardized; nothing is replicable. Each space tells a different story and preserves that rare sense of authenticity that time makes ever more precious.
Perhaps this is why those who arrive here feel as though they are being welcomed into a private home—a place that has been lived in, cherished, and passed down through the generations—rather than a mere lodging facility. It is a place that retains the privilege of its uniqueness and now opens its doors to a limited number of guests from around the world.
From the moment you arrive, every detail is designed to transform your stay into a deeply personal experience. You’ll be greeted by a selection of wines chosen to reflect the region, premium amenities, and personalized touches that turn hospitality into a genuine gesture of welcome. But the true heart of the experience is the Concierge service, available 24 hours a day and ready to fulfill every wish with absolute discretion. A private dinner prepared by a dedicated chef, a tailor-made itinerary through the wonders of Sardinia, the arrangement of transfers by private jet or helicopter, access to exclusive yachts, private beach clubs, private food and wine experiences, or places that rarely appear on maps but remain etched in the memory of those who have had the privilege of experiencing them.
Because true luxury isn’t about having it all. It’s about knowing that every detail has been thought of just for you. It’s about being welcomed into a place that couldn’t exist anywhere else.
Because true luxury isn’t about having everything. It’s about knowing that every detail has been thoughtfully crafted just for you. It’s about being welcomed into a place that couldn’t exist anywhere else. It’s about experiencing an authentic, refined, and timeless Sardinia—far from passing trends and close to the island’s deepest essence.
While outside Olbia continues at its own pace, inside this residence time takes on a different dimension. Slower. More intimate. More precious. Here, the history of a 1905 mansion meets the vision of Jean Claude Lesuisse. Here, craftsmanship meets architecture. Here, elegance is not flaunted, but lived.
Many visit Sardinia. Some discover the Costa Smeralda. Very few have the privilege of staying—even if only for a few days—in one of the visions that have helped make it immortal.
For a few days, this will be more than just your home away from home in Olbia. It will be your home in Sardinia. A private, one-of-a-kind, and deeply authentic place, where over 120 years of history meet the legacy of Jean Claude Lesuisse and the art of uncompromising hospitality.
