Modern vacation home, offering spectacular views of Lake Mjøsa. Short walk down to a lovely sandy beach with swimming and fishing opportunities. This is located in a peaceful area in Bråstadvika, about 2.5km north of Gjøvik town center. Free parking is available outside. Bedsheets, towels and final cleaning are included in the price.
3 bedrooms, 1 bathroom, 1 separate toilet, open-plan living room and kitchen with access to a cozy kitchen veranda, as well as a fantastic roof terrace with a seating area and a refrigerator.
External sun blinds, operated by remote control, are installed in the living room and kitchen area. Amenities include stable Wi-Fi, a TV with Apple TV in the living room, a fireplace, a heat pump, air conditioning, and a ventilation system.
A marina and a sandy beach are located right below the property. For skiing enthusiasts, Øverby Ski Stadium offers excellent ski trails 2.8 km away. Hafjell Alpine Centre is 58 km away, and Kvitfjell Alpine Centre is 95 km away. You will find shopping centers, restaurants, and cafés in Gjøvik town center, approximately 2.5 km away.
