The view of the water can be enjoyed both from the partially covered terrace and from inside the house. The adjacent lot, which was purchased separately, provides additional green space and open air around the property.



The 110 m² of living space is well laid out, featuring a bright living-dining area, underfloor heating throughout the tiled floors, and a wood-burning stove. An indoor spa and an outdoor sauna allow you to relax regardless of the weather, and the house also includes a washing machine and a heat pump. An annex provides additional sleeping space.



Outside, there are both open and covered patios, a fire pit, an outdoor shower, and a grill. Children have a sandbox, a swing, and a trampoline to play on, and there’s a playground 400 meters from the house.



A pleasant path leads all the way to Bønnerup, where you’ll find great fish and an ice cream shop to visit. Fjellerup Strand is located in the area, and there’s a swimming pier nearby. The nearest store is 3,800 meters away, and you’ll find a golf course 10 km from the vacation home.
