The Space:

The apartment occupies the first floor of a building on a quiet back road parallel to Val d'Isère's main street. An entry area provides space for outdoor shoes and coats, while skis and boots go in ground-floor lockers fitted with boot heaters.



The open-plan living and dining room faces towards the Solaise sector, pulling mountain views into daily life. A modern zinc dining table with upholstered chairs seats eight, and the seating area offers an L-shaped sofa, a lounge chair, and a wall-mounted smart TV. The kitchen sits just off this space, equipped with a four-ring induction hob, oven, microwave, dishwasher, kettle, four-slot toaster, Nespresso machine, and a large fridge with a separate three-door freezer. A tall cupboard houses the washing machine and separate tumble dryer.



The master bedroom has a double bed and en-suite bathroom with bath (shower attachment but no glass panel), sink, WC, and heated towel rail. It includes a wall-mounted TV, dressing table with chair, two storage cupboards, and balcony access with table and chairs. At the end of the corridor, the twin bedroom has two single beds that can be joined to form a double, a wall-mounted TV, two wardrobes, and its own balcony with table and two chairs. Between these rooms, a bunk cabine offers two sets of bunks suited to children. Though windowless, it has a shelf cupboard and drawers beneath each bed. A separate WC with sink and heated towel rail sits next to the bunk room, while the family shower room has a shower cubicle, large sink, and a second heated towel rail.



Balconies off the living room and master bedroom both offer seating and mountain views, catching sun through mid and late season. Heated towel rails throughout make drying ski gear straightforward after a day on the slopes.



Guest Access:

Guests have the full apartment throughout their stay. Coded entry provides access at all times. Underground parking is available on site with a garage height of 1.9 metres.



The Neighborhood:

The apartment sits on a quiet back road parallel to Val d'Isère's main street, with the free resort bus stopping right outside. The town centre is a five-minute walk, with several popular restaurants and bars along the way. A Spar supermarket next door to the building handles provisions.



Getting Around:

The free shuttle bus stops right outside the building and connects to all ski areas. It runs every 10 to 15 minutes during the day and every 20 to 30 minutes until 2am. The town centre is a five-minute walk away. For arrivals, airport transfers are available from Geneva, Lyon, and Chambéry.



Other Things to Note:

We are available throughout the stay if anything comes up. The bunk room has no window and is best suited to children. Ski lockers with boot heaters are located on the ground floor, while the entry area on the first floor provides space for outdoor shoes and coats.

Check-in is from 16:00, and check-out is before 10:00. Early check-in or late check-out may be possible depending on the schedule of stays around yours, just ask and we'll do what we can.
