This charming historic apartment with shaded terrace is located just three minutes walk from the Old Town gate and Dubrovnik's most popular beach, in a quiet residential neighborhood near shops and restaurants. Master bedroom plus adjacent sleeping area provides spacious accommodation for a couple, a group of friends, or a family with children. Air conditioning, wifi, washing machine and brand new kitchenette.
This authentic Dubrovnik family home features open stone work, mosaic tile floors and other artistic touches throughout. The master bedroom upstairs features original antique wood furniture, a king sized bed and views of the Old Town, Lokrum Island and the Adriatic Sea. The adjacent second bedroom features one standard single bed, and a second comfortable fold out single.
The kitchenette includes 2-burner stove top, sink, dishwasher, refrigerator, freezer, electric kettle, coffee maker and microwave. The apartment stays comfortably cool in summer with two air conditioning units. Reserved off site parking is available upon request. Parking MUST BE RESERVED IN ADVANCE.
The apartment is located within easy walking distance from all Dubrovnik’s most popular attractions, shops, markets, bakery, restaurants and bus lines.
Bedrooms are located on the upper floor, accessed by a staircase. The stairs are very sturdy, but a bit steep. Therefore, this apartment is not recommended for guests with limited mobility. The second bedroom is an open room at the top of the staircase.

Why they chose this property
This apartment is located in an authentic stone family house, that has been home to our family for more than five generations. Newly renovated kitchen and bathroom provide modern convenience, while retaining the authentic charm of our family heritage. This apartment has been open to guests since 2011.
What makes this property unique
Even though this apartment is just 3 minutes away from the Old Town and beaches, it still feels very private and quiet in the evenings. Shops, restaurants, banks and bus lines are just a few metres away, and reserved parking (always hard to find in the summer!) is an extra plus.
