From stocking the villa with food to hiring a butler the property managers made everything easier than any vila I’ve rented. The villa itself needs a little love, but the location is awesome and it was very kid/family friendly. Our butler Wellington was awesome and made sure we didn’t have to cook, clean, shop or mix a cocktail. Great place if you have multiple families.

The host welcomed us when we arrived and showed us all around! The property was clean and ready for us to take full advantage. The ocean access was perfect for our 7 children 5 adults. Great Beach House

This is a great place to stay! You can’t beat the beach, the house fit all of us, and the kids enjoyed the pool on the property. Catherine was fabulous! She responded quickly and efficiently if we had questions, and showed great kindness. Come and stay - you’ll love it!

Excellent location. Air-conditioning worked very well. Pool was clean as were the beds towels.

Very accommodating property for 18 family members using three levels. Easy walk into town for restaurants. Overall, I would recommend highly to anyone wishing to rent. Fairly expensive, but it’s in a very prime location.

Excellent location with great amenities. Property manager assisted with all our needs including dining reservations, private chefs, and excursions. Villa Turkuaz for the Win!

Our group of 14 loved our stay here. The location is prime- oceanfront on the most beautiful beach! We were able to walk to any thing we needed- restaurants, stores, etc. The hosts answered all of our questions immediately and helped us with our snorkel excursion, grocery delivery, and airport transportation. Some of the rooms were small, but we will take it for the location. Only suggestion is that the host provide a bit more toilet paper as we ran out quickly. Would not hesitate to stay again.

Best time ever on the most gorgeous beach

We had the best stay at Villa Turkuaz. We stayed here for a surprise birthday weekend and it could not have been more perfect for our group. Plenty of space, directly on the beach, easy to walk into town for coffee, breakfast and snacks. Catherine was an amazing host, always easy to reach and super responsive to any of our questions. This home could not be situated in a better location, on Grace Bay Beach! Property was clean & well equipped with plenty of room for the 12 guests. Catherine was our host and she was fantastic! Steps to Grace Bay

The house was equipped with everything we needed. Catherine brought us the items that we requested after check in. The pool was very clean and the beach was a short walk from the house, on the same property. You will get fast response from the manager, Catherine, if any problem arises.
