The cosy and comfortable accommodation spans two floors and is ideal for taking a break from your daily routine. Your four-legged friends are welcome: here they’ll find plenty of open green spaces to explore. It’s an excellent starting point for hikes and refreshing walks!
The house is cosy and furnished in a modern style, designed to make you feel right at home. It spans two floors: on the ground floor, you’ll find the living area with a fully equipped kitchen and a living room perfect for relaxing. Upstairs is the sleeping area, consisting of two double bedrooms and a bathroom—a quiet and peaceful space that guarantees a restful night’s sleep after a day of hiking.

The location is ideal for nature lovers: several trails start right from the village, perfect for short, relaxing walks through the countryside. We’re also strategically located for exploring the wonders of the Val d’Aveto: in just a few minutes by car, you can reach Rezzoaglio, Santo Stefano d’Aveto, the picturesque Lago delle Lame, and the main hiking trails of Monte Penna. And if you ever feel like a day at the beach, the Tigullio coast—with Chiavari, Lavagna, and the stunning beaches of the Ligurian Riviera—is easily accessible in less than an hour by car. Recharge your batteries between the sea and the mountains!

Guests will have the entire house to themselves with complete privacy.
The top attic floor is private and reserved for the owners; it will remain completely unused during your stay, ensuring you have the house all to yourselves.
Outside, the house is surrounded by lush greenery. Since the property is partially shared and unfenced, we ask that you keep your pets under control for their safety and out of consideration for the neighbors.

I manage the house personally and remotely, but I’ll always be at your complete disposal by phone or text message for any needs you may have, including advice on the area, hiking trails, or local restaurants. Upon your arrival, you’ll find all the instructions you need for a worry-free stay.
