A traditional house with spectacular views of the church and its tower, surrounded by mountains, rivers, caves, and an exceptional natural setting. It retains all the charm of traditional architecture, with a beautiful porch and all the amenities needed for a comfortable stay. It features 2 main bedrooms plus an extra bedroom, an outdoor area ideal for parking or as a terrace with a barbecue, a porch, and a newly renovated bathroom. The house is located in a quiet area, just a stone’s throw from supermarkets, bars, a pharmacy, and shops (everything is within walking distance). Plus, it’s only 30 minutes from the beach, making it the perfect base for enjoying both the mountains and the sea. I’ve lovingly prepared this house to share it with those who appreciate homes with history, nature, and tranquility. I hope you enjoy this little corner of Cantabria and take home fond memories of your stay.
