Grand Timber Lodge is one of only a few luxury ski-in, ski-out resorts in Breckenridge seated by the base of Peak 9.
To ski out, there is a ski trail directly across the street that takes you to the Snowflake lift, or you may choose to hop on one of the resort's complimentary shuttles to the base of Peak 9 or to the gondola which services Peaks 7 & 8; or you can take a 10 min walk down the hill from the back of the resort to the base of Peak 9. To ski in, there is a marked "Grand Timber" ski trail on Peak 9 that takes you into the resort. This Studio unit sleeps up to 4 guests with a queen bed and a full sofa bed. Unit has a kitchenette (cook top, dishwasher, undercounter frig/freezer, toaster, coffeemaker, eating and cooking utensils, dishes, etc), television, phone, full bath.
Please take note that the unit will not have daily maid service; however, clean sheets and towels for you to change out yourselves are available upon request at no additional charge. Rentals of 7 nights do receive a midweek tidy at no additional charge. The resort features heated underground garages with 1 parking space included in the rental (parking spaces are not unit specific). Electric vehicle chargers are available in specific garages. Other amenities of the resort include complimentary resort shuttles (to ski lifts, gondola and around town), heated inside/outside pools and hot tubs, sauna and steam room, exercise room, game room, pool table, concierge, private theatre rooms that guests can reserve, restaurant, Christy Sports which rents ski and snowboard equipment, ski lockers and more.
Check-in is at 4:00 pm with a major credit card and photo id. Checkout is by 10:00 am. If you want late checkout at 12 noon for a fee, you can arrange this directly with the resort. Units are assigned by the resort upon checkin.
