We rent our house during school holidays. It is a beautiful spacious villa of 210 m² in the Helleux district of Ste Anne.
The house is quietly located in a dead end, 300 meters from the Gros sable beach and a 10-minute walk from the superb Bois Jolan and Pierre et vacances beach (accessible by a footpath).

This architect-designed villa has 4 air-conditioned bedrooms and 2 bathrooms.
On the ground floor :
-parental bedroom, 160 bed, shower room, WC
-bedroom with a double bed
-bedroom with double bed
-a bathroom
-WC, washing machine
-equipped kitchen (American fridge, dishwasher, oven, induction hob)
-living room (television, DVD player, WIFI)
- large covered terrace with sitting area, dining area (with plancha)
- salt pool with deck terrace of 100m2 and shaded carbet with lounge area, bar area.

It is a very pleasant, well ventilated family house in which you will spend a peaceful holiday.

Sehr sauberes und großzügig eingerichtetes Ferienhaus

Wir haben uns von Anfang an sehr wohlgefühlt in dieser Ferienwohnung. Schon im Vorfeld des Urlaubs präsentierte sich der Vermieter im Schriftverkehr als sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Bei Ankunft wurden wir herzlich willkommen geheißen von William, dem ‚Mann für alles‘, der bei jeder Frage oder jedem Problem jederzeit freundlich mit Rat und Tat zur Seite stand. Der Pool war ein willkommener Luxus, der regelmäßig gereinigt wurde. Die Ausstattung war großzügig und wir haben nichts vermisst. Insbesondere die gut funktionierenden Klimaanlagen in jedem Schlafraum haben wir sehr geschätzt. Alles in allem ein gelungener Urlaub an den wir uns gern zurück erinnern. Können dieses Feriendomizil wirklich nur empfehlen.
