Comfortable and Fully Equipped

The apartment has been thoughtfully furnished to make you feel at home from the moment you arrive. The living room features a comfortable sofa bed, a Smart TV, a selection of board games, and a collection of Dutch books. It's the perfect place to unwind together after a day at the beach.

The fully equipped kitchen has everything you need to prepare your own meals, from a simple breakfast to a delicious dinner.

Bedroom

The peaceful bedroom features a comfortable queen-size bed and a spacious wardrobe, providing plenty of storage space even for longer stays. From the bedroom, you can step directly onto the second, cosy balcony—an ideal spot to start your day with a cup of coffee.

Bathroom

The modern bathroom includes a shower, toilet, hairdryer, and all the essential amenities for a comfortable stay.

Two Balconies

One of the apartment's highlights is its two balconies. The spacious balcony connected to the living room is furnished with a dining table and chairs, making it perfect for long, leisurely meals outdoors. It also features a comfortable lounge sofa where you can relax with a good book or a glass of wine.

The bedroom also has a second, smaller balcony where you can peacefully enjoy the morning sun or the cool evening breeze.

Insect Screens

All windows and balcony doors are fitted with insect screens, allowing you to enjoy the fresh air without being disturbed by mosquitoes or other insects.

Swimming Pool, Garden and Extra Convenience

Take a refreshing swim in the shared pool or relax in the beautifully maintained communal garden. Guests staying for a longer period can also make use of the shared washing machine.

Agios Ioannis Beach, one of Lefkada's most beautiful beaches, is only about a seven-minute walk away. This long stretch of coastline is famous for its crystal-clear turquoise waters, soft sand, and spectacular sunsets. Thanks to the steady sea breeze, it is a favourite destination for kite surfers and windsurfers, while sunseekers, walkers, and families also love spending time here. The amount is determined by the Greek government and may vary depending on the season and the period of your stay.

Before your arrival, we will send you a payment link so you can easily complete the payment online. The fee must be fully paid before arrival.
