Beachfront apartment facing Las Vistas beach Located on the 2nd floor accessed by stairs or a lift it boasts incredible views of the sea and the island with spectacular sunsets. It features two swimming pools: one for adults (one heated) and one for children, a garden, Restaurant bars and supermarket daily activities for the children and direct access to the promenade and beach. This apartment is ideal for those seeking relaxation, remote work, or simply to enjoy the tranquility and year-round pleasant weather.
The shopping centre with all you need is literally one minute walk from the complex and mercadona supermarket 10 minutes walk
It is available for weekly, monthly, or seasonal rentals, with prices varying depending on the duration and time of year. When requesting information, please provide this data so we can provide an accurate quote for your desired period. As a guide, the weekly rate is €580 and the monthly rate is €1,650 A final cleaning fee of €60 applies.
