The villa is situated only 50 meters from the sea.
no other houses in front besides smaller beach hut / bar.
grocery store, restaurants and bar only 800 meters away.
Naples is only 30 minutes by car,
there is besides train also bus, closest bus stop is 2 km away.
you can also take the high speed train that takes you to Rome or Naples less than 1 hour.
the train station is 10 km away

2 store villa with magnificent panorama of the mediterranean sea from both the bottom/ground floor as the second floor.
on evening you see the sunset dive into the mediterranean from the 50 sqm terrance,
here you can sit down and enjoy the sun or have a breakfast, lunch and dinner.

on lower floor is located the living room, kitchen with dining facilities and 1 bathroom. with shower.

upper floor have 3 bedrooms , 1 bathrooms with shower, huge balcony and a terrance 500 sqf, or 45 sqm big .

the Villa have good free inside car parking and within a gated community also security surveillance is provided.
