Ideally located in Carry-le-Rouet, in a private and secure impasse, the heart of a sunny and quiet residential area, the house is open for holidays, family gatherings or even within a few days of work ( only in low season) to several weeks.
No need to take the car to swim: you will enjoy to come and go quickly to the beach at home at your leisure.
For those who have a preference for pebbles, cracks are respectively 10 and 15 minutes walk.
The villa is 160 m from the sandy beach of the Rouet (2 min walk) which offers 3 restaurants, the sailing clubs and diving, rentals of chairs and kayaks. The beautiful creeks of the Blue Coast (the Redonne, Figuière, Mejean, Niolon, etc ...) are accessible by kayak from the beach.
For children an amusement park is available 5 minutes by car.
Its location, less than 30 km from Marseille and 27 km from Aix en Provence TGV, allows access to cultural events in the region.
Carry-le-Rouet has all shops and qu'Ensuès 5 minutes (market 2 times per week).
During your stay you will be lulled and intoxicated by the sound of cicadas and the smell of pine trees.
The whole villa is air conditioned.
