It is part of a passive house and features a ventilation system to ensure a constant supply of fresh air. The apartment comprises a hallway, bathroom, two bedrooms, and a living/dining room. The rooms feature natural stone tiles, oak floors, and solid wood doors. The furnishings consist of modern natural wood furniture. The living area includes a fully equipped kitchenette with a dining table and chairs, upholstered furniture, satellite TV, and a radio. One bedroom contains a double bed, wardrobe, and sofa. The single bedroom has a bed and wardrobe. The bathroom has a walk-in shower. The apartment also features underfloor heating.
